AOA everyone.
need your advice.
is marble is a good choice or Tiles for flooring.
I got a rate pf RS.80 per sq/ft for marble. it will cost me around 80000 because i need 1000 sqft marble. polish of marble will cost around 12000 to 1500. so in total marble will cost me around 95000.
What is price of tile?can i get a good tile in around RS.100000?

go for tiles becoz now days ot is hard to polish maintain the marble. Tile is a better option in my opinion. No polish no much maintsnence. |

Cost of good tiles will also come up approximately the same. Maintenance of tiles is relatively easier. If marble blocks are not selected carefully, you may end up having some weak spots within them at which, the block me break or a piece can get separated. In case of tiles, you have the option to select scratch proof tiles but not in case of marble. |
