Is the work on ring road in progress or is it stopped for some reason? When is it expected to be complete?

currently its stop & reason is Jungla buss service (so called rapid buss system) as per PML (Q) lolz but its true all money spent on this project even my uncle is MS of on Govt Hospital & he said that this year 50% fund transfer to this project so health is basic need of every one but we have short of fund also. |
