Salam to all,

I have a plot in Islamabad Sector: G-14/3,
Size: 40x80,

What can be the selling price at this time?

You may get between 50 to 65 lacs depending on the location. If yours is a good plot you may get around 60 lacs.

By the way, it is not a time to sell but to invest in G-14/3 unless it is your requirement for other reasons.

Hi,
I am very happy we soled our 40x80 plot in G-14/3 Islamabad for Rs, 78 Lacs.

We have now a budget of Rs, 1 Crore (Rs, 10 Million)to invest again for maximum 1 to 2 years, then we want to make our own house.

Please advise, where we should invest and what size of plot for what prices?

We want to invest Only in Islamabad
