Please advise what are the prospects of purchasing a 10 marla plot in phase 6 best location and will there be an expected price increase in 3 years . I am coming on 23rd October Tuesday -Afternoon and leaving on 29th October -Monday Morning , so exluding Eid Holidays only have 3 days to purchase .
