Though U r in USA, but Iam sure U must be able to comment on State Life II future prospects. We see a good move in DHA - 9 files, and the location of State Life Phase II is much much better.
What is the latest about State Life merger with DHA Phase 9/10.
Kindly comment or give some specialist opinion for the brothers who are holding and paid full price of the plots and waiting for some good news of development earth breaking ceremony news.

Merger is likely in future but its almost sure a 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 ratio will be used to alot plot. |

Few years back there were a lot of options for investment in DHA. There were DHA 6-7-8, Parkview, Phase 5-ext and lastly Phase 9. Now all of the phases except 9 have been balloted and I believe the market has been saturated with plots of already developed and developing phases. Most of the plots in DHA are owned by overseas Pakistanis or investors and their prices is too high for normal Pakistani people. In this scenario, phase 9 seems like the only obvious choice for investors or normal pakistanis who can't afford 70-80 lakhs plot in DHA.
I wonder after DHA9 wat will come next for investors ? |

There is no need for State Life II to merge with DHA Phase 9.
State Life II after getting NOC from LDA may start and complete development before Phase 9 and price may be more in State Life II.
So why to get five Marla in DHA Phase 9 for one Kanal in State Life II.
Its a matter of starting development in State Life II and people will sell their DHA Phase 9 file to buy plots in State Life II. |

I don't think state life comes close to DHA in prestige and trust.
I don't think too many people will be going for it as compared to phaes 9.

Hi,
it was really good to see great information on this blogger, i came to know from 2 different people in near few months (3 or 4) DHA giving almost 5000 file to Majors, Kernels etc officers. and file price goes down.
not sure but if some one else also have this type of information please confirm.
