ZNS replied on Thursday, October 11, 2012 03:06 PM  b/w 24 & 48 lacs depending upon location and development status. Bahria is selling developed plot in sector-7 (called Bahria Greens) for 48 lacs in 2 yr installment. From open market you could get 24-42 lacs.

I have paid about 6 thousand Pound than i stopped paying because of Rumors about bahria. Can u plz advise is it worth paying all dues with penalty or buy a Plot from open market. Plz also inform weather i have to pay any development charges also. Thanks a lot

ZNS replied on Thursday, October 11, 2012 04:11 PM  You have asked me a simple but tricky question :) if I were you I would pay the installments and get possession immediately. Now comes the tricky part i.e. risk. if you are risk averse then take money back and enjoy but if you are risk taker then just do what I am suggesting. Decision is yours, don't make decision based on my comments. Ask someone to go and visit that area and whats happening in that area and let him/her suggest you or go yourself, see and decide.

ZNS replied on Thursday, October 11, 2012 04:16 PM  sorry did not see later part of your question. Buy on ground possession ready plot from open market and take the possession immediately, much better option then installments as during installments they could change the location anytime.
