I called DHA Valley site office ... I had below Q&A session with them

Me: What is going on in dha valley for plots in the Dam AREA?

Site Office: There are some matters that need to be sorted out. So for now we are developing Overseas block which are Magnolia, Sunflower and Bogenvelia.

Me: When would possession would start for overseas blocks?

Site Office: Sunflower and Magnolia development work is on priority... Bogenvelia would be last to be developed since 3 bridges will be built in bogenvelia area......

Possession for Magnolia and sunflower would start from end of 2013 ....and possession for bogenvelia would start from 2014 ......
