I have heard some 35/85 plots are available facing commercial on main near the mosque and price has been fixed at 55 lacs. I want to purchase one. Would it not be better to purchase near to soan river where they are stll under 50, please advise

If you really like IV, go ahead and buy at 55 lacs. I think it's overpriced, buy 1 kanal in sector F of DHAI-1' Bharia phase-8 Sector-D, Secror-1 or 5 of Bahria Overseas Enclave or even 1 kanal in phase-7. |
