Whatever u want to do ,be quick,otherwise State life may go to high in prices.reason?Plot in phase 5 which is 1 minute walk from SL is over 1 Crore,why would SL stay at 40/50 Lacs.People would argue that DHA has its standard,fine but where would phase 5 kids go for tut ion?Surely an educationist cant run a tution centre in DHA(not allowed being a commercial activity)so he would build a school cum coaching centre in SL,D or E block which are attached to phase 5 extn.
State life will have all future small businesses located in it for clients of DHA.
Merger news are also going around.
