Dear Islamabad Experts especially Mian Nadeem sahab.

I am planning to purchase a plot in E-12 islamabad but am doubtfull about its development. Please shed some light on its current status and compare it with G14 2/3.

I mean if G14 2/3 can be settled down, why not for E-12. Is build up property is more complex in E-12 as compare to G14 2/3 ?
Mian Nadeem please advice if you expect E-12 developing in coming 2 to 3 years then i guess its worth to purchase a plot. whats your suggestion??
I can invest 3 million and wait max 3 years.

Location of E-12 is superb. If you visit E-12 you will see few build up structures and majority of the land is just ready to be developed. I think E-12 is a safe bet then G-14. SC must follow up on its orders and CDA should start development ASAP. Its a long due project.

Dear Investor, for investment in real estate the most important factor is LOCATION and there is substitute of location so is the case of E-12 . A fantastic sector located in the center of Islamabad.

G-14/2 & 3, Machinery is mobilized and development is started already. There are few cases to resolve, but, we are expecting within 4 weeks all matters will resolved and we will have possession of plots within 1-1/2 year. Payments are released for development and two wtreets are under construction on G-14/3 site, marking of streets is also completed.....

E-12, CDA is always lazy and wicked, just bad people sitting to eat money....shame shame CDA

Which part of E-12 having less BuP and one can expect development to start first like in case of G14/4 then G14/3 then G14/2 ??

For long term E-12 is best option. Because in real estate location is most important factor. Example is G-13 & D-12. D-12 developed after G-13 and price of D-12 Plots is more than G-13 now.
We assume that G-14/1,2,3 sectors will be livable in 2014 and E-12 in 2016 even then E-12 is better. At present G-14/3 & G-14/2 are suppose to be develop much earlier than E-12.

Would you please suggest subsector based on development time, location and terrain factors, E-12/1 or E-12/2 or E-12/3 or E-12/4 ??
