CDA Islamabad has really worked very hard to earn the lable being Most Corrupt Authority.

SO many sectors are long waiting for development and many people died with the hope of possession of plot.

Corruption and CDA are two faces of one thing...

How they will announce new sectors....they are just Haraamy .......

Most of the people are corrupt. But those who deliver are good, no matter if they are corrupt or not.

CDA is more corrupt, there is no doubt. Also they don't care for ordinary people. They try to please and appease big shots only.

at the last says of Musharif'S Government DHA was almost going to take over the pocession of CDA but unfortunately by the time that government start getting weak.

It is not CDA now but whole country need to be taken for complete overhauling. Sooner some one comes better it is.

The laziness of CDA has been taken advantage by Malik Riaz. Now CDA and DHA both are puppits in his hands. In future, i guess, CDA sectors will be taken over by Malik Riaz and u can live in bahria town in proper Islamabad as well.

Standard word in market is this "DHA Valley is delayed....not cancelled.." ...

Since its backed by DHA....problem is right now so much is pending due to Malik riaz cases with supreme court ... there are so many high profile issues that need to be resolved....

My guess is ... Either SC decides about MR OR this govt goes away ? ..... only then some concrete news may come out .....

Earlier, the blame was that Malik Riaz is delaying dha valley project.... now the problem is Dhaducha dam construction ..... Fact is that DHA does not have space of plots in original dha valley project ...... since that land is given for DAM now .... Only way out is announcement of a new scheme like dha valley 2 etc ,,,,, where old plots would be adjusted along with some new ones...
