Hi,
I am planning to buy a plot / file in DHA Lahore. My budget is 3 - 3.3M for investment purpose 2 - 3 years . please suggest what is good option?
1K File in Phase 9 or 10 Marla Plot in Phase 7 ? or anything else ?
i also came to know from this blogger in next few months DHA is going to allocate around 5000 Files of Phase 9 to army officers, after that Phase 9 files prices will decrease. if anyone have such like this information please confirm.

@AS why not Phase 9 1K File?
10 Marla in phase 7 is very near to B.R.B Canal i can get in my budget. i am not stick with Phase 9 File but just wanted to see your reviews that's it.

The only reason is that DHA7 is on ground and will get possession early than Phase 9. |

@AZ : Thank you for the advise, but for example if DHA takes 2 more years for the balloting of DHA Phase 9 at that time i think plot price will be near 4.5 - 5M in DHA phase 9. otherwise file will be near to 4M (after 2 years).
on other side DHA Phase 7 after 2 Years 10 Marla plots near to B.R.B Canal price might be in same level or something like that. i personally feel both options are good for 2 - 3 years investment. but if i hold DHA phase 9 plot after the balloting like 1 or 2 more year it will give more profit rather then Phase 7 10 Marla plot near B.R.B Canal.
any other expert opinion ?
