(This is not an expert advice but....) With 12 -13 crores you may consider buying a posh house in E-7 or F-7 in order to rent to foreign embassy type tenant. They will never give you any trouble.

You may invest another few crores in stocks of blue chip companies after through research. Especially look into Fertilizer and Petroleum sector companies. With remaining amount you may buy plots in D-12 or in DHA Lahore for which LRE can advise better.

Options are limitles, diversification is the Key.
