Dear salman and others
please guide me as I want to buy a 10 Marla plot as I can manage around 3.5 mn. What would be best option for investment for maximum two years plan.
Phase 7--- heard their location and block is not good and far off to main phase 7...don't know of development status.
Phase 8----- location is also in depression and surrounded by built up area...development likely to start.
Parkview.... May be out of reach now

Dear Mr.Khalid,
DHA Phase 7 10 Marla can yield good Profit in coming years. The development going on there you will get possession in 2014.The location in not bad as critics of phase 7 thinks.
The Phase 8 Y block is separate from Proper Phase 8 and across the ring road & surrounded by villages on three side, The development is progress in Phase 8.

Even the plots near to BRB Canal also expected to get some good position for construction or living if not money-wise. plz reply |

thanks for reply. I think by the time phase 7 plots of 10 Marla are developed we could see phase 9 plots of 10 Marla at better location within next two years which might give u more as compared to phase 7. What if I buy a sector shop of 2 Marla in phase 6. Or else put more money and buy phase 6 plot of 10 marla in sec d. Or buy a phase 9 file |
