please guide us as what is normal procedure of ballot. Is it annouced by Dha officially. When was last ballot of phase 8 done and what is approx time gap between phases ballots. A base price of plots including development charges is fixed, like 56 lac for phase 8 and map balloting is done later some time . It means whether u get a good location or bad location plot a base price has to be paid which I think would be around 60. Would this mean all phase 9 files would value around 45 closer to ballot. I would appreciate others members to also share their views. Also what could be approx number of plots in this phase. The military persons are given plots in poor sectors as they pay less to Dha , I am being told, please share

Yes it is announced By DHA officially but process is not transparent.
DHA phase 7 Ballot was done in June July 2006 and DHA 8 Ballot was done in 2010,
You Cant reverse calculate this gap as Phases has been variable dependent on size of phases and Land status Plus people's interest. DHA 1 to DHA 8 you can say in 30 to 32 years.
Answer to question depends of price on the market sentiment soon before DHA 7 Ballot the File was 35 +[dev charges 9 Lac]and i got a plot on reasonable Location in 33 after 2.5 years of ballot. You can say this was 11 lac Cheaper than price of File. Same was true for DHA 8 6 to 7 months after ballot when on Map Bad Location plot was available in 40 to 42 Lac.
Last Q Is just based on Speculations and cant be answered correctly. |
