I understand Your logic while Comparing DHA Vs Non DHA areas, But Market trends are sometimes not Based on the Calculations we Made, My Friend Bought in DHA 7 a while ago when Price was Low, when we reached that area we thought that it is worth less Location in Matter How ou reach here and How You live Here, But Today this is The Fact that His investment has Gained 25 Lac profit that in 2 years Only. Do this Is irrefutable fact that Price has Increased from 35 To 60.
when we buy a property we Usualy have 3 purposes
1, Buid a House
2, Make some Asset for Kids
3, or sell For Profit
The DHA Properties suit best For purpose # 3 and resons are.
This is the Only society where an Overseas Person can final a deal in few days
where there are always Buyers. In some Other societies You Have to wiat years to get good deals
