Although development has begun for quite some time I haven't noticed any increase in the price of NFC 2 plots?

can anybody please tell the progress in development in NFC2 and the speed. What have been done till now and in how much time. How much machinery is working on site and on which block?

Hi, I went to the society on August 14 and took some photos, you can find them on post 14776 and 14778 on this forum. There were plenty of machines and work was fast, on 4 different locations, on all the main roads. According to the society office, work on smaller internal roads will begin anytime after Eid, I am not in Pakistan so dont know current situation. I would appreciate if someone could update with latest images.

All the main roads are almost complete. I think it's good place to invest for higher return in future. I a 1 k plot for 13 lac at good location 100 feet road. I m satisfied from this investment.
