I am coming to Islamabad Pakistan on Eid and want to invest in G-14/3, I have a budget of
Rs, 8 Million (80 Lacs)

Please advise that what size of plot I can buy at what price?

Better invest in 10 Kanal farm houses in Islamabad orchard by multi professionals for best return of investment after two year.Ballot is due on 31th October and society ll hand over plots in 2 years.After research I found that this is the best investment in Islamabad and it ll give good return in future.It is slightly far but very cheap also.It is very near to wah cant and hassan Abdal.So it is not far from population.

buy in D-12 or G-14 in zone-2, Bahria in Zone-5. Don't go for for anything else in this budget.

In G-14/3 you will get a plot of 500 (50 x 90) sq yards, Inshah Allah.

Try to get a table top plot in good location.

I have checked with two real estates in Islamabad, both offered plots prices for 50x90 in G-14/3 90 Lacs (9 million) plus, one plot infront of Grave Yard was offered at the price of 78 Lacs. Even at 90 Lacs plot is confirmed.

Both real estates are offering 40x80 at Rs, 80 Lacs plus,

Please advise me about these prices in G-14/3, I am not interested in G-14/2 or any other sector.

@Zakir , Please share some more information about Farm Houses of Multi Profession like , diferent sizes of farm houses, Prices , and their contacts for booking etc . Thanks in advance

You must go for the plot in front of graveyard. You may get it for 7.5 million. It is good for openness and from security view point as well. On ground alive people are much more dangerous than underground dead people.

One day CDA will sell some plots on the part of graveyard facing road and your plot will no more remain a graveyard facing one. in that case you will get a jump of 1.5 million. I think it is not a bad deal, what do you think.

I always prefer such plots for less price and openness.
