Plot 273 Block L Phase 8 1Kanal, can someone evaluate it please, really appreciate.

There is no L block in DHA-8. Do you mean Ex-Air Avenue. Didn't find plot 273 in A block (now ?L-Block) of Air Avenue. Please post with proper address.

@ UAE,
I told you few months ago that your Plot is in the extension of L block and Extensions plots do not exist Physically.No Development in Extension area from Last 2 to 2.50 years (only 4 Lanes). Secondly You know that Possession is not available there for house Construction, there is hardly any buying and selling there.The seller end is not willing to sell their plots well below the market rates unless dire need of cash.The buyer is not willing to pay at market rates because uncertainty of possession delivery.Kindly contact the DHA directly for latest update for your plot.
In current situation, if you are still willing to sell then it is very very hard to stand buyer or offer will be around phase 8 one kanal file rate.Decision is your.
