I have budget of 40 Lakh, 4000, 0000 PKR, I will be visiting Lahore in December to buy a reasonably Good Fully Constructed House 5 to 8 Marla Double portion (10 Marla would not be possible in this range) Can someone please suggest me which Housing Societies I should target for? What is the best way to planning my trip? How to search House under my range?
I first planned to buy a Land and later construct later due to my availability in Pakistan. I won’t be able to do so, I live in UAE and have no one to assistance me during my absence.
