what are prices of 4 marla plot I. Cca1 at present. Would it be Advisable to sell my plot approx 10 mn add up around 4-5 mn and go for cca 1. Do u have one for sale there? How do u see it's future in next 2-3 years. Please give asincere advice. I can also swap my plot with a willing seller

In Phase 6 CCA 4 marla prices is around 225 To 325 Lac depending on lac,It is not possible to get plot in your budget.CCA will be among the central market in future, as already construction is started there, either raise your budget or go to phase 7 Q Block commercial that fits in budget.
