Please advise if University Town Islamabad is Legal Housing Scheme or not...?
Please also advise ..is it worth investing in University Twon..?
I have only Rs, 3 Lacs and I can pay installments of Rs, 10,000 per month.
Please help me decide...

If you are a calm and quite person it is good to make your sweet home and live there.
It is a very nice scheme because no one can reach there to disturb you.
All the sides of you home will remain open for many years and yours will be a four side corner house.
