What are the future prospects for State Life Phase 1 in 2 to 3 years ??

AoA. You can verify from every property dealer that prices in State Life Phase 1 have moved up 4-5 lac for on groubd possession Kanal plots in the past 3 months. Still it's the best bargain in entire Lahore has a fair margin to gain because it's location is 10mins drive from DHA phases 3,4,5 and 6.

I think for next 01 year their wont be much increase in price given the recent 5-8 lac rise was due to construction of double road coming from phase 5(Ganda Nala single road would be avioded once this road is functional). The next major rise is expected when then RR Interchange to Ferozpur Rd link would be constructed or based upon how phase 9 gets linked up with SL 1. Its still a good place to buy the only challenges are big pockets within the society which are not acquired(kind of village dera's with animals) and Kamahan village next to it. The society is itself a safe community but outside the society their are often reported incidents being next to Kamahan. Hope this helps
