Hello All,

Anyone have idea, when Ali trade center project will be finished?
What is the price there?
How is the investment?

i will advice not to invest in Pre construction projects because of the corruption in Pakistan.I invested back in 2005 in a plaza across Makkah Tower in Liberty Market and it's still not completed because of the corruption. They have given so far at least 50 lakh rishvat to Wasa, Road Dept, Environment and now planning dept is asking 15 lakh to release the final map and Hamza Sharif has his own people in LDA and they are looting now.

This Ali Trade center is the owned by Ali Imran (son in law of Shahbaz Sharif). He already built a plaza named Ali Tower on same MM Alam Road Gulberg, Lahore. Till date that plaza has not succeeded to get marketed. The management shows very lucrative ideas and forecasts, but in reality it does not prove true. I also heard that the cheques which office owners in ali tower received are getting bounced. Hence I will advise everyone to refrain from such projects.

This is not good , corruption is everywhere in pak. I am planning to build a plaza in LDA land, in joher town, Please advise me how to deal with these people, when Iam in saudia and I cannot go for long time to lahore, So I will give a contract to the construction company, how shall I deal with the thakedar, and the LDA

if son-in-law of shahbaz sharif does not fulfill agreement with you(does not give possession or violate the conditions). Have you the POWER of fulfillment the condition agreed upon ?

IN MY OPINION WITH THE CONFIRMATION THE ALI TRADE CENTRE IS ONE OF THE BEST INVESTMENT IN LAHORE,PAKISTAN.BEHIND THE GROUP THE ONE OF THE RELIABLE DEVELOPER AND THEY HAVE THE SERVICES FOR MARKETING OF THEIR TRADE CENTRE KHALEEJ-UL ARAB MARKETING (PVT) LTD.ITS A CHAIN OF ONE OF THE LARGEST GROUP OF KUWAIT.
