Dear Viewers, I have a One Kanal plot (60'x90' in New Pindi Housing Society (Phase 1) in Block A which has since been merged in DHAI Phase 3 Islamabad. All dues ie cost of land, development , Gas and Elect charges are paid/cleared. Society is developed and few houses are already consructed but further construction is not presently allowed by DHAI Isl.It is situated immediate of enterence Gate of DHAI Phase 3 Gate on GT Road at Rawat.
I want to sell my said plot , if anyone is interested, please give offer.

Price for 600 sq yards ranges from 10 to 20 lacs, depending on location, road size, level and other factors.
If it is a levelled, non corner street plot it can be sold from 13 to 16 lacs. |

Please also share (if you know about it) the prevailing market rates of Comm plots of same society on Main Road. Someone told me it is 10M in sizes. Thanks alot for sharing your knowlege |
