Dear forum users,
i want to ask all of you regards Park Enclave.
I am overseas pakistani and this was the first time i
felt i could afford a plot in islamabad (as it was in installments).
But CDA has totally changed the scheme.
They promised 60% green area now it is about 25%
They changed the area and many plots are on other side of nullah including mine.
There were no 2 kanal plots but now the best area is for them.
The balloting may have been rigged as per some news.
They should have handed me the plot by now rather no work has been done.
When i contacted CDA and told them that i would withold payment of installments i was threatened that my plot will be cancelled.
What should i do?
should i go to court?
Please advise.

Well look at the possible options
1)if you stop paying the installments you will lose whatever you have paid, because as per agreement between you and CDA if you dont pay CDA will not refund your money.
2) If you continue to pay you will eventually get your plot although it may take 10 years but you will not lose your money and value of plot will increase adjusting for time value of money.
3)If you decide to go to court it would be better to make a committee of all plot holders or as many as you can get ands than go to court, this way you all can share costs.
If i were you i would pay the installments as i have surplus cash lying in bank anyway and one thing good about CDA is that they wont run away and i dont take any interest at all, but we all have our own circumstances. You can decide what suits you.
