This is my first time in Pakistan, we want to sell our two plots in Islamabad G-14/3. I know the development is started already, but, we are settled in UK and we need this money. Can any one give prices for these plots? Please help
G-14/3, Both plots are Hills Facing

Plot Size: 30x60

Your 40x80 plot is currently around 65 to 70 lac. My advice, if you can wait another 6 months same plot you can sell at above 90 lac. |

WoW, your reply made my mouth realy watery, are you sure this much return or sale price of plot within 6 months, then we can re-think to hold our this property in G-14/3.

I have a plot in G14/2 and plot prices of G14/3 are higher.
The prices are going up in G14 due to development work which already started and when development is at a stage when u can physically see your plot, prices will definatelly be above 90lac.
I suggest to hold your property for good returns in short time. |
