This question has been answered before many times my friend :) But since you have asked, it would be helpful for many other visitors too who have missed the answers before. I can reply you for 10 Marla plot only, Non construction charges for 10 marla plot are Rs 500 per month if you have not taken the possession, once you get the possession, there will be no charge for 3 years, so you have to construct your house within 3 years, if you do not build the house then after 3 years, Rs 2500/ month will be charged. I am not sure but I think same charges apply to 1 kanal category, NOT SURE THOUGH :) |
