Dear LRE, could u plz educate us as to why rate of 10 marla plot in X block of ph-7 is more as compared to other blocks including Y block which is just adjacent to X. Thx

Dear Mr.Rashid,
The only reason is the location of plots.In X block old cutting 10 Marla plots is around 35 to 38 & in Y block 40 to 42 (all @ 150 Feet) Lac depending on location whereas in new cutting plots you can get plots from 28 to 34 lacs depending on location in different blocks.
Before the arrival of phase 7 new cutting plots in T, U, X and Y block against Park veiw files and plots, these old cutting 10 Marla plots are on the boundary of DHA 7 and was traded 23 to 32 lac, but now they are in middle of their respective blocks and earned superior locations as compared new cutting 10 marla and near to be developed prior to new one.
