HBFC vs Bahria vs DHA Lahore Phase 6 vs Parkview
Experts please advise which one of the above is best choice and why based on below parameters:
Purpose: Living in 2-3 years
Budget: up to 7 Million
Size: 1-2 kanal
Priorities: Location, Safety and availability of facilities
Current and future outlook and potential for gains on investment.

No match to DHA Lahore Phase-6 by any other society or any phase of DHA.Simple, it is a DHA within DHA. |

I believe, you pay a lot more, nearly double of price just for the brand DHA. Bahria is nt bad option atall. if you compare infrastructure, Security, quality of life. |

yes kaf is right. bahria is poor mans dha at the same price as dha ph 7. but there is one difference. in bt your additional fuel cost per month will be more than price of bakra evey month. bt is more near to qasoor than lahore. |

I agree with others that there is no comparison of Phase 6 other societies excluding DHA Parkview. CMy rightly said " DHA Phase 6 is jewel of all DHA". There is still room for more and more gains in phase 6

It is true that presently DHA 6 is better than others but in future nearly 5-7 years Bahria ll take over it. |
