We have a house in Cantt area its area is 2 Marla this our whole life assest. In this area houses are sold / buy on stamp paper. My father passed away 5 years ago and he bought this house and all bills and tax are still on his name, unfortunately we have lost the papers and we dont have clue where it is etiher my father lost it or gave someone for Malikana haqooq. I want a sincere advise how we can make this property to one of our brother or mother name and all bills same way with mother or brother name, please advise, may God bless you.

Not an expert yet u have nothing to worry.Get ur father death certificate and go to Cantt Board,concerned clk staff.Should be able to help u |

i think you must not be worry. beacuse even your bith in that house prove you are liveng here since a long time and that is the proof this is your house.keep your father death certeficate safe.
It is easy to change bills on your names, you can change bills on your mother and brother name.nothing to worry. |
