I want to buy 4 Marla plot in cca 1 phase 6. Do u have some plot and price on which I can buy. Moreover how do u see future of 8 Marla plot on commercial broadway on behind main road. What is there average price. I personally think it is a way long term investment as this area will be less developed than mb of phase 6.
