If You are working outside country then better buy somewhere else. When I Bought One 10 merla plot LDA avenue 1 in 2008 in 13 Lac, I Promised myself it will be my last purchase in LDA, They Let You make "Nak Ke Lakirain" To get a simple Voucher for Payment I had to Come to office 3,4 Times and each time they were telling Computer is down. Finally after 30 days effort I Got plot transferred to my name. Later on same plot was found to be occupied by Qabza Group near a village, Fortunately the seller was my friend and through Gental Man and we revered the deal and I had to lose transfer Charges only. Now same plot is still in 11 Lac after 4 years.
However LDA avenue 1 is Good society well Located and Price is low. it best Suits a person who is living in Lahore and Have time and experience to deal with and later can look after his property. LDA plots is nothing but hypertension.
Similarly to Buy a house in LDA i had to travel 3 times from UAE to Lahore and was very stressful deal. But Finally i feel satisfied living in this house. |
