I have a plot in dha lhr ph 6 block M, can someone plz confirm when the posession of this block was given and what are the non-construction charges. Thank you kindly.

the penalty is Rs.1000/month the after tree years of possession.I think the possession of M block was handed over somewhere in 2007.
