DC rates are for all Metopolitan areas and varies From One area to Other Few Months Back some one attched the Image of Latest Dc rates of Lahore and there are some 30+ rates depding On areas,
I can recall , 2 ys Back it was 35 Lac a Kanal in Valncia, 4 ys back it was 30 Lac per Kanal in UET, 4 ys Back it was 20 Lac per kanal in NFC2 , This I am recalling from my knwlege in 2012 Many of These rates may have been revised.
I still Cant Understabd why Central Park was Not Charging CVT and Stamp, Even I conatacted their office by phone But there was No satisfactory answer, In short all areas have DC Rate May Be areas Out of Municipal range have rate of Agriculture Land and may be that is reason that CVT is Not payable in central park. Then same should be True for nasheman Bahria as well. I am Not sure about that.
Many Ys Back these rates used to be as per actual Rates of sale and purchase because of Lot of Under reporting of Prices on Transfer deed this was abolished, at that time areas sold in 100,000 per Merla used to be shown as 10,000 per Merla to save transfer charges and it was happenning in 99% of Cases. The point proves that we have silmailr leaders as we are ourselves. To Abolish this mass Corruption by public DC rates were introduced. |
