there is a price increase of 2 lacs of phase 5 M block plots ,it is slow but will gain more.

Phase 5 M Block has lot of potential in next 2-3 years times as compared to all other DHA phases and blocks where prices are very high. It is currently not in debate and ignored but price for such a location is very low at the moment. Once the development will start, DHA would be able to finish in 6 months. Across the road an average plot is not less than 125 lacs. |
