I have budget of 10-15 lacs and want to invest where it can double in 2-3 year time, can someone guide me please which location, block and plot size will be good in Lahore where I can take maximum advantage.

no fun....i would suggest you to buy DHA phase 9 (5 marla) file...it would cost you 11+ right now and surely in 2-3 years would be double....this is my what i think and Rest ALLAAH knows better and ALL...
