will appreciate your advice/comments regarding investment for 5 years in phase 5 M block 1 kanal or phase 7 (block R and P) 1 kanal which one is preferred by you experts and why.
I have budget around 6 million and can manage one more depending on the opportunity.

i think both will go in parallel, but if some good underpass or overhaed made on ring road then m block can be better |
