Approch wise central park is best location, as compared to DHA-9, as DHA managment tried to get entrance from Ferozpur road but still they did not get his main gate on Ferozpur road, while Central park have on Main Ferozpur road with 2 main entrance, 1 have access of 300 feet road (main gate) & 1 have 80 feet road. & You get your plot in 1 Km area in this price, mean walking distance from main road.24 hrs public transport available, metro rapid transit service will change the whole seniorio of this area. Think about this before too late of your decision. |
