I visited Dha 7 8 and 6 during eid holidays. In phase 8 development work is in but pace is little slow. I saw a huge site of plant and machinery camp, may be Dha accelerates after eid. In commercial broadway one few plaza are there . I don't think it has a great potential at least during next 5 years.
Phase 6 is rapidly under construction .100 of houses are being made. Mb is also being developed rapidly. Has great potential via a vis broadway commercial.cca 1 has also 5-6 plazas on ground. Sector h park is lush green and good developed. I wonder prices of phase 6 are still low. Phase 7 old has still lot of work to be done in old sectors like v w
