If you do not have any information then please do not misguide people.
Every one is saying (still not confirmed) that balloting will not be happen before Sep 2013.

I agree with Waseem. I met an Ex-Army guy over the weekend and he also confirmed the similar news. According to him army officers have got intimation letters for development charges and date for ballot is mentioned as of Dec 2012.
Rest Allah knows better.
