Plaster on Contract basis,

Dear Building experts,

Advice needed.

I am going to start Plaster for a newly built structure of my house in Mardan. The Plaster contractor is asking for 30 Rs/sq ft including his material. I would like to know how much i can save per sq/ft if I do it myself by just giving labour contract which is 6 Rs/sq ft.
