Market Impression and saying of Mouth is Bad for someLocations so it is Hard to find buyers hen this is For sale, Like an vaerage Charcteristic Property One Lac Less than Market Value will sell in month these Plots/Houses will not Be sold For years.
Value of Your Property is less, when You calculate to Make Home Which will be smae here or on Good Location, Many people have Low Moral and many Plots remain empty for Long Time. Like You can see even in Phase 1 to 4, Less Populated areas is definately a problem.
If there is Not Good Boundary and way is Given By DHA to exit then it has worst impact on Your property.
