Dear Numan,
The LDA-Avenue-1 is good only from the approach wise, as Khayben-Jinnah
coming straightly from Shaukat Khanum hospital. However LDA-Avenue will have a normal society like other public societies. Not so bad not so good ,depends on living life style of a family.
For investment point of view i do not recommend however to making your own home that is fine....

this is long term picture of lda avenue, but as the possession is very near, therefore buying at this point will defenitely give the buyer an edge after possession, which is very much likely by next year. and khayaban jinnah is defenitely a plus point for lda avenue 1. |
