Why does this have less value then the plots in the 946, 947 lane? Recently some one posted the value of 948 to be 58 lac.

Near 943 & 946, 947 are almost equal location plot. There is always difference between What you Demand and what offer you get against your property. I told you the tentative value where plot can be actually sold

I sold it for 57 lacs (all development charges paid out of pocket). Was 57 lacs a good price?
