Dear LRE & brothers,
Can anyone please update on the development status of Divine Gardens near airport? I have 10 Marla house and paying regular installments but don't know the latest status as I live abroad. Expected delivery time has been March 2013.
Please also comment about the overall project, I bought it for my own living.

Dear syed my possession was June 2012' but still walls are only 4 feet from ground.
This is delay project and public is selling their houses with same price. As per my opinion they cannot give possession before 2014. |

Mr Adil With due respect till this june i know the guy who sell in same price in C block, i know abt D & E block in fininshing mode.
If you see shopping mall, B & C block parks except main park and three mosques still need at least more than year. I have plot in C block and i completed payment in june-2012 and possession they are saying dec-2013. |

One more thing i agree with Mr. adil saeed it's much more better than Dha and in future if we got all announced facilities it'll be ideal housing society. |

Mr. Shafeeq, you had bought house in pre launch period. I hv 10 marla house in B block and gray structure is almost complete. yes, you are right possession for B and C will be end of 2013 or beginning 2014. |

Divine Garden Society is good but possion not available end of 2013 why sewarage system is not excution on groung but construction is sloly built...Possion March 2014.. |
