i have 1 kanal plot and want to construct a house of 3800sqft covered area (ground + first floor),can somebody update me with the following rates please;
1- approximate material cost only upto grey finish=?(in case if give it on labor rate)
2- per square foot cost for grey finish only=? (in case if i go for contractor)
3-per square foot cost of complete finish with B class=?( in case if i go for complete construction )
your help will be appreciated and very important to make my decision. Jazak-Allah :h
