please provide following with your expert comments
1. What will be approx price of file just before the ballot. 35, 40 or 45.
2. What will be the main entrance of phase ix. An extension from Dha town or independent entry from ashiyana housing scheme side of LRR or ferozpur road.
3. Prices of phase ix will impact price of phase vii, to which extent?
4. The prices of phase ix after the ballot will not fall down even for worst lcation plots as Dha will move out to join other housing schemes alOng defence road towards Dha rahber etc.
5. Approx Timeframe of ballot, uptill December 12, mar 13 or jun 13.
