Can anybody share the updates regarding Askari-11. what does it cost for a 10-M SD house there? how many families living there?

It is almost fully populated. cost of SD 10 maral house depends on location and number of bedrooms.
3bed----100lacs +-3lacs.(I recently buyed @ 98lacs)
4bed----110-120lacs.

Dear Naveed! If it is on boundary then reconsider your decision but in any case it should not more than 105 lacs for good location house or 100 lacs fr average location.
