Dear All,
I have approximately 2.5 crore Rs. to invest and i prefer buying a commercial plot in DHA Lahore. Kindly suggest if DHA commercial Broadway (8 marla) can be purchased in this range as recently bank of punjab has sold such propoerties in same proce range through auction. If this is a good choice or its better to buy a 4 marla commerical plot in a smaller market area in developed phase 5/6 markets?

If you have holding power for 2 to 3 years....i think Phase 8 Commercial Broadway is very best...But i will suggest to buy in Block C and Block B...as these are the only two blocks which will do well in future....for 2.5crore what other options do you have for 4 or 8 marla??? if you looking for quick rental income then keep urself away from Broadway investment....I am looking it as central market not just for DHA not even whole Lahore but a upper class central Punjab market for wealthy people....Look at the demographic of this place...DHA broadway has location....for connecting the whole DHA as it lies in the middle of all existing blocks....Broadway is available to half of the Lahore through ring road....Due to connectivity with motorway....it will be only quickly accessible market for anyone in Lahore who dont want to get stuck on roads....Other reasosn i recomend it as i think that only Broadway have potential and room for price increase....Allah Knows the Best...we can only guess....From your previos post it seemed u was going to auction??? Did u attend and how much the plots went there for???? |

Dear Brothers,
BOP has sold many plots through auction in Block B & C so far. Price depends on location & no. of bidders. Price range is 2.25 to 4.5crores. Pls. note down that successful bidder has to pay 5% Advance Income Tax (Fedral tax) on selling price.
If you want to participate in an auction. Pls. check the prices for similar plots from open market beforehand.
